How pricing works
One fixed price, in writing, before we book. Here is what goes into it, so you know what to send us.
What sets the price
How much space it takes
Most of the price is the share of the van your waste fills. A few bags and boxes cost far less than a full load of office furniture. Photos let us judge this accurately.
What the waste is
Disposal sites charge by weight and type. Heavy rubble, plasterboard and electrical equipment cost more to dispose of than mixed light waste. Separated waste usually costs less than mixed.
How easy it is to reach
Ground floor by the loading bay is quick. Fourth floor with no lift, or a long carry through a building, takes more crew time. Tell us about stairs, lifts, parking and loading restrictions.
When and how often
Regular collections are priced per visit. Out-of-hours or Sunday work can cost more than a weekday slot, and we tell you before you book.
What the price includes
- the crew to carry and load everything, including taking furniture apart;
- transport in our own vans;
- disposal at licensed sites, including landfill tax and site charges;
- a sweep-up where the waste was;
- the waste transfer note and an invoice to your company.
No extras are added on the day unless there is much more waste than the photos showed, and then we tell you the new price before we load it.

Why can't we show a price list? Because two loads that look the same can cost very different amounts to dispose of. A fixed quote from photos is fairer than a guess. Our guide on what commercial waste removal costs explains more.
